EXHIBITOR CONVENIENCE
The 2024 show is being downtown at the Kodiak Marketplace. There may be some food service available during COMFISH at the event venue but there are coffee shops, restaurants and food trucks all conveniently located downtown.
Complimentary coffee and pastries will be available for exhibitors.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Marketplace. Please check with staff when you arrive to get the Wi-Fi password.
EXHIBIT SET-UP & MOVE-IN
Wednesday, April 10: 11 AM – 5 PM
Thursday, April 11: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
All exhibits must be in place and completed by 9:30 AM on Thursday, April 11, 2024.
Exhibitors who wish to be in the exhibit areas prior to the show must make arrangements with authorized personnel. Remember, visitors will not be allowed in exhibit halls prior to the showtime.
EXHIBIT DISMANTLE
Saturday, April 13: 12 PM -4 PM
All items must be cleared out of the High School on Saturday.
NO EXHIBIT MAY BE DISMANTLED OR REMOVED PRIOR TO THE CLOSE OF THE SHOW AT 12PM. We appreciate your cooperation in helping provide our visitors and your clients a quality show experience.
